- Does leave accrue correctly for part-time staff?
- Yes. Entitlements can accrue pro rata based on the policy you configure, and balances update as leave is approved. UK statutory minimums are the baseline the defaults are built around.
- Are e-signatures suitable for contracts?
- Simple electronic signatures are legally recognised in the UK for standard employment documents. Each signature stores the signer, time and document version.
- Can training expire?
- Yes. Any course or certificate can carry an expiry; the person and their manager are reminded ahead of time and compliance dashboards show who is current.
- Who can see HR data?
- Role-based permissions control every section, so wage data, documents and notes are visible only to the roles you allow.
