Terms of Service

1. The service. Team Pilot provides workforce management software (scheduling, time and attendance, tasks, communications, HR tools) as a subscription service. Your use of the service is subject to these terms.
2. Accounts. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your credentials, and all activity under your workspace. You must be authorised to act for the business you register.
3. Subscriptions and billing. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, including a per-user charge for users above the plan's included allowance. Prices exclude VAT unless stated. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; changes apply from the next billing period.
4. Trials and the free plan. Trials give full access to the trial plan for the stated period, without payment details. When a trial lapses your workspace moves to the free plan; your data is retained.
5. Your data. You own the data you and your team put into the service. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export your data at any time.
6. Acceptable use. No unlawful content, no abuse of the service or other users, no attempts to breach security or access other workspaces' data.
7. Availability. We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" during the beta period. We will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance.
8. Termination. You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend workspaces for non-payment (with notice and a grace period) or for material breach of these terms. Data from closed workspaces is deleted after a retention window.
9. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
